Where can I buy tickets?
All tickets for productions taking place in a KAF venue are sold through MetroTix. A link is included in the event listing under our calendar. Walk up sales are available at The Fox Theatre Box Office (open 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday & 10am-2pm, Saturday), and an inbound call center for events info and tickets sales is in service from 9am-9pm, 7 days a week. On-site box office ticket sales (pending availability) will start one-hour before show time.
Where can I park?
The Kranzberg Arts Foundation controls parking lots across the street from .ZACK (3224 Locust St.) and across the street from The Marcelle Theater (3310 Samuel Shepherd Dr.) for patron use. There is also ample street and garage parking throughout the Grand Center Arts District.
Are there any age restrictions?
Generally, no. Shows are all ages unless otherwise noted. However, some productions may contain adult themes, language, or content and age restrictions may be set by the producing company.
Do you serve food & drinks?
Yes! We invite you to enjoy libations courtesy of an award winning, progressive wine program at The Dark Room at The Grandel, or delicious, innovative food from award winning chef David Kirkland’s new restaurant Turn by David Kirkland (coming to .ZACK in spring 2017). Kirkland also houses David Kirkland Catering at .ZACK, and is available for events large and small. The .ZACK also welcomes you to relax and kick back pre/post show at Sophie’s Lounge on the second floor. In season, enjoy bustling Grand Avenue from a distance with food & drink from The Dark Room at The Grandel on the spacious Patio on the Plaza at The Grandel. Or, purchase curated wine, beer, and liquor selections at one of our convenient concession bars, in operation during each and every production.
