The Performing Arts Incubator Program at .ZACK provides selected resident companies with a turn-key environment to work, build, and perform in a single space. The selected companies are provided access to the following amenities:

  • 202-seat theater with proscenium style stage
  • Full theater lighting and audio package
  • Private green room/dressing room
  • Grand lobby with bar, box office and elevator access
  • Co-op office space including Wi-Fi, printing, conference table, kitchenette, desk stations and private bathrooms
  • Community Scene Shop/Build Room including separate build and paint rooms, table saw, miter saw, work tables, laundry sink and 8’x 15′ freight elevator
  • Prop/Set Storage: Each company will have a 15′ x 20′ private storage unit
  • Other: Restaurant Space, Private event spaces, Parking
  • Marketing support

By providing small, nonprofit organizations with the essential infrastructure needed to thrive, the incubator program is changing the landscape of the performing arts in St. Louis. The Kranzberg Arts Foundation is excited to welcome these organizations as residents:
